Brazilian Butt Lift

The Brazilian butt lift is an invasive, expensive and risky surgical procedure for women who find that gravity is getting stronger than their aging, mushy, flat and quickly sagging buttocks muscles. The biggest problem with this procedure is that it doesn’t address the most powerful ingredient in the female buttocks – which is ==>> the muscles.

Butt Lifting Exercises

Butt lifting exercises are a simpler, less expensive, less risky and more effective option for lifting, firming and reshaping your dropping buns into a sculpted and sexy work of art. These can be done at home – with no weights and no gym machines.

That is the simple comparison. So – let’s go in a bit deeper now… We will do this with a great email which sets up a sweet Q&A:

Here is the email with a butt specific question and a photo to illustrate her point.

——– Original Message ——–
Subject: Question about your program and my butt
From: Renee H. <renee@_________.com>
Date: Thu, October 27, 2:27 am
To: joey

Hi Joey,
I’ve been eyeing your program off and on for a while, wondering if it would really be a worthwhile purchase for me. I have a question that might help me decide. It’s kind of embarrassing.

I have a pretty nice body right now, especially for my age (42), but I still want to get a lot more toned. I’m 5′6, and just last year went from 132 to 122 lbs. I love the change except for one thing. Now my butt has something odd going on. It’s like the fat above my gluteal muscle kind of hangs over it instead of covering it evenly.

This creates a weird division that looks like a little indentation right above the crease between my leg and buttock. When I tighten my muscles there, it doesn’t go away. I’d like to lose a little more weight (like 5 more pounds), and tighten up more but I’m terrified the problem will get worse if I do this. I’ve always had a great butt, so this is terrible for me.

So the question is, are you familiar with this weird pattern of sagging or whatever it is (i assume it’s age related, and the fact that i’m on the thin side already), and do you think your exercises can fix it, or do I just need to gain some weight back? I’d love to hear whatever experience you might have with this.

I found this photo online (see below) that shows what I’m talking about. My butt is WAY nicer than this still, but it is developing these little indentations like I described, and it ain’t pretty! I’d love to hear your thoughts on whether exercise can fix this.

Thanks!
Renee
————————————————————–

Brazilian Butt Lift vs Butt Lifting Exercises

What Does This Butt Need? …A Good Lift!

First and foremost – the only thing Renee mentions is that she has lost weight and wants to lose a bit more. She makes no mention of doing any type of exercise – nor any type of butt specific exercises.

Second – she is correct. She senses it will get worse if she does lose a few more pounds – and she is right.

HOWEVER – if she adds the right butt lifting, toning and sculpting exercises to her fat-loss efforts – she will then build up a set of nicely rounded and perky buns – just like you see in the photo below. Maybe no 100% exactly like it – but she won’t know until she tries the proper movements to stimulate all those gluteal muscles.

Muscles to Exercise for Butt Lift

Too much weight loss with no targeted toning and lifting will deflate the buttocks muscles like a balloon getting all of it’s air taken out of it. That balloon gets flat, mushy and bumpy.

There is a HUGE difference between losing weight & having a small clothing size – and losing body-fat while strengthening and sculpting sexy, feminine and attractive muscles to keep everything looking young, shapely and attractive.

Butt Lifting Exercises Are… THE WINNER!!

Even if a Brazilian Butt Lift does improve some womens’ rumps – It has no positive effects on strength, health, fitness, hormone optimization, longevity or overall quality of life. Only the right fitness program can do this – one which includes the best butt lifting exercises.

Explore this site and the world famous program it represents and ask yourself this:

“Am I ready to unleash my best butt ever – and keep it that way forever?”

Is so you can start with this free Butt Lifting Exercise Video..

And then you can kick things into high gear next week with the complete DVD set… (see “ORDER” at top of this site)

Lower Body Secrets: 5 Tips for a Sexy & Toned Lower Body

Most women, regardless of age and body-type, are unhappy with certain areas of their lower body. Complaints and problems range from “too fat and heavy” to “too thin and un-shapely”. And even women who are pretty happy with their leg, butt, hip and thigh zones will also admit to wanting just a bit more enhancement in one or two specific lower-body areas.

These five tips will help you no matter where you are starting from and no matter what your primary goals are for your lower body trouble spots.

1 – Whichever types of resistance exercises you choose (you already know I prefer – and strongly recommend body-weight exercises and workouts) – just be sure to move slowly and control your tempo throughout the entire range of motion. Focus on breathing throughout each exercise. This will help you stay focused and ‘tuned-in’.

2 – If your main goal to lose body-fat and excess weight – then you must go beyond just “eating healthy”. You want to have an idea of the number of calories you consume daily. It’s simple math – avoid it at your peril. You don’t want to drive yourself nuts here – you just want to know what ‘zone’ your daily caloric intake is in. From there, you can make proper adjustments if needed.

3 – Incorporate a regular stretching program in your weekly fitness schedule. Doesn’t mater what ’style’ – it can be yoga or pilates based – or even a straightforward, ‘blue-collar’ style like my Optimum Flexibility dvd program. But you want to keep your lower body flexible to avoid joint & muscle injuries, speed up recuperation and recovery between workout sessions – and allow you to be at the top of your game – no matter what your game might be. The point I’m trying to make here is – flexibility is often neglected in most people’s fitness programs. But the truth is – it’s an essential element which shouldn’t be left out.

4 – If your goal is to gain healthy weight and build up some sexy, lower-body curves – then be mindful of not over-doing your cardio/aerobic exercise. If gaining some body weight is your top goal – then 10 to 15 minutes of heart-pumping cardio 3 to 5 times per week is ideal for overall health and fitness purposes. You don’t need 50 minutes of aerobic exercise 7 days per week – as that will work against your main goal of healthy weight gain.

5 – (My Personal Favorite) Make Love/Have Great Sex: I’m not talking about trashy, immature promiscuity here. I’m referring to mature and safe sex (and often . Creative, healthy sex should include good doses of physical exertion and full-body muscle stimulation – especially from the lower body and core muscles. So get your sweet lover and get busy loving. A loved body is a sexy body… Yeah baby.

Bonus Tips: Here are 2 bonus tips for a better looking, and feeling, lower-body:

A – If you’ve never had a deep-tissue massage before – I would suggest you try it – or something like it. If you are active in fitness and/or sports – there is nothing like being worked on by a professional massage therapist while you get to completely relax. This is great for keeping your muscles and connective tissue healthy and flexible – in addition to a host of other benefits.

B – Most women already know this – but I’ll say it anyway… A good, natural moisturizer always makes the skin look better. Dry, scaly legs and thighs just don’t have that ‘appeal’ – if you know what I mean. If you have a natural moisturizer you like using – please mention it below in the comment section.

I hope you enjoyed these 5 lower body tips (plus 2 bonus tips). If you have any comments or thoughts – please feel free to post them below.

Leg, Butt, Hip, Thigh Magic: Tough US Marine Finds New Muscles Thanks to His Lady

Before I get into today’s e-newsletter – I just want to say “Thank you” and let you know that it means the world to me that you take the time to read each of these short and snappy pieces I’ve put together for you.

I understand not every single one of these may strike a chord with you – but please understand – I have over 320,000 readers all over the world who also get these articles…

So – as you read each issue, and you realize that you know someone else who can also benefit from hearing my perspective and learning about other people’s real life experiences – please feel free to forward any of these e-newsletters to them.

I may have mentioned this in an earlier edition. Women, *AND MEN*, who follow typical weights & machines type programs are VERY prone to experiencing hip and lower back problems which can worsen over time and cause serious issues that last a lifetime.

Ask any physical therapist – and they will vouch for this phenomenon. Oh – you’ll find many people who are pain free – but as time wears on and they place the wear and tear on their joints by constantly cranking on the weights and machines – it eventually catches up to them…

I talk about this female hip pain because it was the major topic in the last issue – and you’ll read about it here too.

OK – onto today’s incredible story. This one came in as a response to the previous edition.

——– Original Message ——–
Subject: RE: Secrets of a Trainer: A striking similarity between Candace and Helene…
To: – pam ( at ) joeyatlas. com -

Hi Joey and Pam,

Wow! After reading Helen’s email about her hip pain I had to send a response to you.

For six years I had a sharp pain in my hips. Every time I put my leg out of the car to pull myself up, a sharp pain would shoot through my hips. Someone told me it might be due to the cheap shoes I was wearing.

Well, I stopped wearing them five years ago, but the pain persisted. I was too stubborn to go to the doctor (he would probably just prescribe some pain reliever or medicine with the additional side effects).

Anyway, I started doing the ULBHTM once a week and just after a few weeks I noticed that the pain went away. Since I have had a pain in my right shoulder from being on the computer so much, I decided to try your Ultimate Upper Body program. I just started it a week ago. I also bought your stretching routine, Optimum Flexibility, and plan to start that this weekend.

Here’s a funny story. My boyfriend had heard about the ULBHTM program that I bought. I took your travel sheets camping with us (Camp Pendleton Military Base Campground). I challenged him to do the workout with me and he thought it would be way too easy.

He is a retired Marine and works out at the gym with weights.

There we were doing the workout in our campsite with the neighbors chuckling at us!

Two days later as we were packing up to leave the camp he could hardly step out of the trailer because he was so sore (he was feeling his ‘LBHT’ body parts…he he).

He realized that your program is not “just for the ladies”, but also for men wanting to discover muscles that they never knew they had!

He wanted to borrow my Joey Atlas stretching DVD to see what it was all about, but I told him it’s time for him to buy his own )

Not to be cruel, I do love him, but I was feeling like the little kid who just got a new toy and hadn’t even had a chance to play with it before her sibling tried to snatch it up. Silly isn’t it? He laughed about my so called “death grip” I had on the DVD when he asked to borrow it.

Anything with ‘Atlas’ on it is now the hot ticket item in my house.

Candace
————————————————-
How great as that!?

Candace gets rid of her mysterious hip pains – AND shows her boyfriend (former Marine!) how to “work” the LBHT area with no weights – and no machines.

If you know any men who need a complete lower body workout – put them to the test by having them do Level 1 – I guarantee, you will blow their mind – and you’ll get to watch them walk funny for a few days )

Yes, my methods are ‘different’. Some say ’simpler’, some say ‘focused’, some say ‘no-fluff’, some say ‘pure genius’. What do you say?

That’s it for today’s issue …

Hi Pam,

As a recovering anorexic, I went from 90 pounds to my present 140 pounds.

I am 44 years old and stand 5′3″.

Although I’m pretty fit and work out regularly, I started to notice some ripple (as I like to call my cellulite) on my legs due to not being able to work my legs as I used to.

About 1 year ago I started having really bad hip pain that prevented me from working out my legs like I always had. (<- Read this sentence, slowly, 2 more times and think about it for a few seconds - there is a body-saving message in there.)

A few months ago I finally went to the doctor because the pain became too much to handle and he diagnosed me with IT Band/Hip Bursitis. I could no longer stand going to the gym, so I concentrated more on my 20 minutes of Pilates (daily) and my work out program with the Jackie Warner DVD. I still wasn't seeing much results on my legs and that became a depressing vision for me. I had been reading up on Joey's DVDs for a while and then I finally decided to purchase the LBHT DVD.

Not only has my cellulite decreased, my IT Band/Hip Bursitis has completely gone away. I was due to go back and see my doctor and ask him for a cortisone shot on my hip, but once my video arrived, I decided to give it a shot first since the doctor had suggested that I do some stretching exercises the first time around. I couldn't do the stretches by myself and when the video arrived, I couldn't believe that I actually had a DVD that not only allowed me to have a great work-out, but also alleviated the excruciating pain in my hip.

I think the LBHTM DVD should be a mandatory DVD for all people with hip problems.

Maybe you should pitch it to doctors across the country. I'm feeling 99% better and I can't thank you guys enough for making this awful hip pain go away. I just received the Ultimate Upper Body DVD and I can't wait to start on that come Monday.

Unfortunately I don't have any before and after pictures, but I can certainly vouch for its (the DVD's) effectiveness when it comes to hip bursitis (or arthritis). It has also loosened my joints and I can actually bend down without any joint pains.

Thank you,
Helene

Hi Helene,

Wow! Thank you for your inspiring email and feedback.

I hope it is OK if Joey uses this as a great testimonial for his clients and subscribers.

Glad you are feeling better and are enjoying the exercises.

Thanks again,

Hi Pam,

He may ABSOLUTELY use my story.

You have absolutely no idea how good it feels to not have hip pain anymore. I’ve had it for so long that I still expect to feel it after certain activities and sitting positions, but to my delight, I no longer have it.

For over 1 year I couldn’t sleep on my left side, but now, no problem.

I can sleep in any position I want to and that’s the best feeling.

Joey has no idea what he has created (Joey: “Oh, yes I do.” ) and I am not kidding when I say he should present this to doctors around the country who are treating patients with bad hips.

But then again, doctors may not want to tell their patients about this because they would lose their business to Joey.

Hope your week-end was good Pam.

Take care,
Helene
————————————–

As I said earlier, you may have picked up on some similarities – and some differences between you and Helene.

Either way – I truly hope you’ve gained some wisdom from her words of firsthand experience – as there is no better teacher.

Spot Reduction, Spot Toning, Spot Targeting: Does it Really Work?
Women constantly want to know… “Does spot reducing or spot training really work?”

Spot Reduction, Spot Toning, Spot Targeting: Does it Really Work?

Women constantly want to know… “Does spot reducing or spot training really work?”

First lets just clarify the terminology… you’ll hear words such as spot
toning, spot reduction, spot targeting, etc, etc… – but they’re
all pretty much talking about the same thing…

And thats means ‘doing certain exercises for a specific part of the body
to get a direct improvements in that part of the body…’

Sounds logical, right?

Lets look at ’spot reduction’… a woman does a series of exercises
for her butt and thighs – while she’s doing the exercises, she
feels a warm, muscle burn sensation in the butt & thigh area – this
warm burn is not the ‘fat and flab burning away’… – it’s actually the
physiological reaction of the muscles to the exercises she’s doing…

This is perfectly normal – in most cases…

Now this burn doesn’t have to happen all the time – this will
depend on the physical ability of the person – whether or not
they’ve done these exact exercises – in this specific order – at
this specific tempo, form, with the same reps and sets, and so on…

So this ‘burn’ is not the melting of fat, flab, or cellulite – BUT -
I repeat BUT… if these moves have been carefully and properly
combined and are done according to a simple plan, what we call an
exercise prescription, – then there is most definitely, absolutely
going to be an amount of fat and flab burned during the exercise
routine.

… AND – most definitely afterward, as the exercise program itself
boosts the woman’s metabolism and keeps it sizzling along – for
a few hours after she has finished her properly structured and
yes, spot targeted – no, make that LASER-targeted exercise
program.

When women ask me… “Does spot training or toning really work, Joey?”

I give them the honest and correct answer: “Yes, it does work – but
only if you are doing exercises that are put together properly… – in
other words if you are following a program that is focused on your
lower body problem areas – and the program has been designed to get
the desired results, CORRECTLY, – then YES – spot training works…”

Keep in mind – you can, and may have already, tried certain exercise
routines that claim to target specific parts of your body – BUT you
were only let-down after several weeks on the program to find that
it didn’t live up to it’s promises and deliver the results you needed.

And this is where the ‘Myth of Spot Targeting’ comes into the picture.

If a program claims to get your problem areas into firm and sexy
shape, but is unable to deliver the desired and anticipated results
then that program is another strike against the tactic of spot
targeting, by falsely ‘proving that it doesn’t work’.

Here’s the Bottom Line…

When done properly – spot targeting works and it works like
gangbusters – “almost like magic”… according to some women.

This is precisely how I structured the Ultimate Leg, Butt, Hip,
and Thigh Makeover DVDs…

If you’re using them… – you know EXACTLY what I’m
talking about in the article you just read…

And I’d love to hear your comments and feedback below…

– but If you’ve committed the unforgivable sin and haven’t
ordered your set of smoking hot DVDs – you must be in perfectly
sexy shape with no room for improvement – or you might still have a
question about the program and how it’s going to help you…

If you have a question, before you get your’s – and get on your way to
the firmly toned, sexy lower body that you are just a few weeks away
from – then just go to the ‘Contact’ page of this site and ask us – or
you can post in the ‘Comments’ below…

No two women are alike and for this reason there is no one leg, butt, hip or thigh exercise that we can call the ‘best’ for every women.

On top of this – there is no single leg, butt, hip or thigh exercise that can stand alone with the title of ‘the best’. The truth is when you take several carefully chosen exercises and combine them properly – the resulting combination ‘may’ be considered one of the best.

This is the principle of “synergy”. It’s the synergy between several lower body exercises – executed with certain form, tempo and sequence that gives women the visible results in their lower bodies.

Here’s a mini leg, butt, hip and thigh home exercise video that many women have gotten great results with. You can try it out right now. BUT – be sure you have your doctor’s clearance first. Better to be safe than sorry.

It’s a small sample of exercises carefully chosen from the full programs contained in The Ultimate Leg, Butt, Hip and Thigh Makeover Home Exercise DVDs for Women.
