Am 28 and am about to give birth to my first baby in a week. Ive put on almost 23kgs and most of it in the thighs, legs and butt, ive suffered from hormonal problems since am 13- didnt get my periods for 8 consecutive years, and as such i put lots of weight in the bottom, i loose weight easily elsewhere except for these parts- after the baby comes, and after 6 weeks, i would like to start your exercise program in order to lose the excess weight in those pre-mentionned parts. Its not easy for me but am confident that i will achieve and become what i want, my husband is very supportive and thats great. Ive never worn a trouser or fitting dress or fitting skirt in my life but now am looking forward to wear all of them. I thank you for helping women like me cause its hard to live in a world where evrything needs to be beautiful and sexy and there not amny people who have interest in helping us, thanks again.</description>

I do my workouts at home in the morning and everning for 40 minutes tho without any facilities please encourage me on more workouts demos and how well to do it, i do cardio exercises as well.</description>
