I am working a police mission in Afghanistan and had ordered your program for my wife Alma. She is back home with our kids. Alma has diabetes and is carrying about 25 lbs of extra weight. Keeping a positive attitude when you are alone is difficult, so I’m wondering if someone could contact her with some positive words and encourage her to use the program. Joey, you have always kept my days glorious with your e-mails!! I bought the abs of stone DVDs but am still on beginners` level. Although am very very very lazy, it has worked for me. I keep on wondering how I would be if I was practicing it as recommended. I pray to God to energise me the more.

I’d like to thank you for the time you take out to help me fia emails that are sent to me everyday like it was personnally sent to me! Althoug I live a very hectic life I like to see the emails that show the nitrition and excercises that improve the quality of life!!

My thighs have tightened and my butt now has something to show. I always had the flat butt syndrome.
My whole butt, hip and thigh area has firmed up.

I am also one of the people who have exercised for years and never seen much result from all the hard work and time put in.

The best part is that I now spend half the time in the gym.
