Joey, you have always kept my days glorious with your e-mails!! I bought the abs of stone DVDs but am still on beginners` level. Although am very very very lazy, it has worked for me. I keep on wondering how I would be if I was practicing it as recommended. I pray to God to energise me the more.

My thighs have tightened and my butt now has something to show. I always had the flat butt syndrome.
My whole butt, hip and thigh area has firmed up.
I am also one of the people who have exercised for years and never seen much result from all the hard work and time put in.
The best part is that I now spend half the time in the gym.

My friend and I have been doing the LBHTM consistantly for 4 weeks now, we do a “double Joey” and work through both DVD’s! Wow – what an amazing workout..
Both of us are seeing and feeling results.
After many years of participating in fitness classes at a gym, I am seeing much better results now, which I am complimenting with a healthy eating plan.

i am so very confused because i have tried everything and nothing seems to work my lower body never changes but in fact it bulks up after strainiers workouts horrible meals only for my buddies to joke about my butt growing big,i hate big but and thighs which i have been struggling to get rid of,i am hoping you can just proove to me how this is effective because i have just had it with scams and killing workouts,please Joey am so desperate.RianeD

The “double” Joeys’ are going well. However, Karyn (my training partner!!) has now ordered the AB DVD’s – so we’ll be doing a double Joey, alternating between LBHT 1 and 2 back to back, then two days later a double Joey – (if there are two DVD’s?) AB workout – then two days later we might do LBHT DVD 1 with AB DVD 1 followed by LBHT2 and AB DVD2 two days later!!
This will keep us busy and out of trouble!! lol
And a message to Riane – comment 11 before us, GO GIRL – this stuff really does work, trust me!!!!

I am 30 years old, I have much cellulite all over my butt, hips, legs… I am not fat at all, I even have a nice body (with clothes) I am desesperate I have this cellulite for 15 years now. I am thinking to buy the Naked Beauty program, but now i am confused and i dont know which one should i get, is the “LBHT” the best option for me? or the “Naked Beauty”? Please help me..

hi joey, thanx very much for the emails you have been sending me for the past 2 days, i really want to build up on my butt, hips and thighs and flatten my tummy as well as shed some weight . I do my workouts at home in the morning and everning for 40 minutes tho without any facilities please encourage me on more workouts demos and how well to do it, i do cardio exercises as well.

Am 28 and am about to give birth to my first baby in a week. Ive put on almost 23kgs and most of it in the thighs, legs and butt, ive suffered from hormonal problems since am 13- didnt get my periods for 8 consecutive years, and as such i put lots of weight in the bottom, i loose weight easily elsewhere except for these parts- after the baby comes, and after 6 weeks, i would like to start your exercise program in order to lose the excess weight in those pre-mentionned parts. Its not easy for me but am confident that i will achieve and become what i want, my husband is very supportive and thats great. Ive never worn a trouser or fitting dress or fitting skirt in my life but now am looking forward to wear all of them. I thank you for helping women like me cause its hard to live in a world where evrything needs to be beautiful and sexy and there not amny people who have interest in helping us, thanks again.
