Hi Joey. I wasn't sure where to post this question so I pick here to ask. I like to workout at home but I have gone to gyms in the past. I like to workout without footwear while I am at home in front of the tv or watching promps from my laptop, while on the mat on my livingroom floor. I use the yoga ball or do some specific exercises from vids. Is the reason for footwear just for stability during your routine? I use a rubber yoga mat so it has a good grip without footwear.

Hi, Joey.

Yes, you are right yet again. I've never used a personal trainer, but have tried a lot of exercises from magazines and web sites and so called diet pills, but without any success. I am doing most of the exercises you recommend and I must say that it is working wonders. I've never really had a problem with my legs and butt (I walk a lot) , but I do have with my abs and hips and then of course my biggest problem is my chest (bust). It looks disgusting! Terrible! And awful! I just can't seem to find the right exercises to help me with this and I must tell you, I absolutely HATE push-ups and weight lifting is just not my thing. Can you perhaps give me some tips on this as well?

Yes, Joey, I do think you are right when you say there alot of useless trainers out there, but for those of us who are helping clients achieve dramatic body transformation, I say "be careful". I have always like you and have even had some clients order your lower body workout...but be careful not to alienate other fitness professionals. We can work together, helping one person at a time...or we can pit people against each other. I think a better article would have been to discuss "what to look for in a personal trainer"...but then, I guess that wouldnt have helped you. Makes me question your motives...
