Post Pregnancy Fitness: After 4 Kids & ‘Train-Wreck’ Body, Mom is a Hottie Again

So often – women get discouraged when they fail to achieve body
improving success, and most of the time they fall into a false
sense of helplessness. This false sense of helplessness comes from
the fact that they believe they are following a program, or using a
‘product’ that is “supposed to work”.

And when the program or product doesn’t work – she thinks there is
something wrong with her – and her body cannot change. Well, as
I’ve shown you in the past – there are so many factors that play
into this unfortunate scenario.

This email from Thelma will highlight some of those factors – and
also prove (again) that the ‘false sense of hopelessness’ is only a
product of the imagination, after putting trust in things that
can’t work for you because they are ineffective in the first place.

I am seeing results that have renewed my hope in obtaining the best
body I have ever had.

I had my 4th child in SEP 2008 and turned 38 shortly after. I
gained quite a bit of weight and my body was just equivalent to a
train wreck.

I was very discouraged yet determined to find something out there
to help me obtain my fitness goals.

I knew the fitness alternatives in the mainstream were mostly hype,
so I started looking more in depth for something that would really
help me.

After receiving your LBHT workout video I started seeing results
after the first few workouts. Unlike many of the other so called
fitness experts, you emphasized principles that made sense and

So here I am 3 weeks into rotating the LBHT video with the abs/core
and upper body workout video (in addition to cardio 3 days a week)
and I am exhilarated and down right giddy with the results I am

I went from avoiding taking pictures to taking pictures of myself
almost daily!

Thank you Joey for being a trail blazer in providing a real,
practical way for people to obtain their fitness goals!
