In her mid-thirties Bel (from http://www.BelsBodyBlog.com ) was overworked, overweight, out-of-shape and stuck in a major life rut… Stuck behind a desk and in a very challenging marriage – which ended in divorce…

She used her divorce as a springboard into the next phase of her life. A life which SHE would control… A life she would be proud to live…

I liked her before she was all brown and muscle. She’s lost the soft feminine appearance. Should could have lost the kilos and still be womanly. (I am a woman).

Thanks or sharing your opinion, S. When you listen to her complete story in the interview – you may see otherwise. She is actually more womanly now than she was before…

Yes – I realize that may confuse some people… But, the interview will shed much light :-)

This is great feedback. It would be nice if the ladies posted actual before and after pictures showing their cellulite reduction.

Charlie – it is VERY hard to get a woman to photograph her cellulite areas directly and share photos of them…

Congratulations Belinda. What an amazing transformation!! I am eager to read your full story but the pictures just blew me away. I have just completed my first Joey Atlas workout( on new years day- perhaps an omen for a great years ahead?) – and I am pretty sore. Am feeling very inspired and motivated.

She looks great, however, she is over the top for the average woman. This is why women give up, they have these difficult exercises that take physical fit people to do. Her Calvin Klein exercise will injure your back. It is not safe. Look up experts Dr. Stuart McGill or Jolie Bookspan and they will tell you why.

hi karen- and thanks for commenting… Unfortunately society has pushed the definition of “average” in average women to all time lows…. sad but true… Anyway we are here to fight that and have been doing an awesome job of it. We did not say these are for beginners… if you search our sites and channels you’ll find many options for beginners… This is for someone looking for new material..some variety. And if these moves did cause injuries across the board then we would be hurting pretty bad… But that isn’t the case. …It’s a matter of putting our posts into “context”. Hope this helps.
