Just wanted to say thanks for putting this workout together, the ULHBT workout that is.  I started it late last summer, and even though I haven&#039;t been as dedicated as I know I should be, I am still gettting amazing results.  And now with summer approaching and quickly after that my 50th birthday in October, I have refocused my self and am doing the workout 3 times a week.  What amazes me about the program is how quickly I can see results! Not only amI toned, but the cellulite, which fortunately was not much of a problem, is disappearing.
 I have to happily brag a little and tell you thanks to your program I am wearing the same size I wore in highschool, a juniors size 9 and I have been told by male friends whom I have known forever that I look better now than I did at 20!  My 17 year old daughter has even told me I have a hot butt!  lol
I will continue to do the workouts and now am incorporating the ab routines.  My goal - this summer I am putting on a bikini and I am confident I have the body to pull it off - my sweet revenge for that dreaded age &quot;50&quot; !  lol

Thanks Joey - you will forever be my own personal trainer!
