To answer your question about sex and exercise... 

I have been doing your LBHT  and abs workouts since Feb 2008 and I have to say that (without sounding like the &quot;I love myself&quot; type), I look hot in a bikini and even sexier in a nurses outfit LOL! With my new sexy body and new found confidence I have more sexy outfits in my wardrobe than clothes (and my husband LOVES it). I have also started Pole dancing as part of my cardio (to be clear on this - pole dancing at a gym, not strip club - lol), which added to my confidence and giving my husband a strip-tease or lap dance once in a while, is a treat I love to give him as I receive endless amounts of compliments from him. So, in short, having a great body (and liking your body) is like an aphrodisiac to your love and sex life.

So, Joey, I would like to take this oppertunity to thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me achieve my goal and dream body. And I would like to say to any of you that does not have the workouts to get them. Do yourself and your body a favor and get them! You won&#039;t regret having a sexy toned body (unless you are the type that likes the flab!).
