		<description>- How would you describe your worst problem spots, from a physical, visual perspective?
thin legs and no calves or side sections to my legs to look like other people and other physical features exercise wont help 

2 - How do these problem areas make you feel? Angry, depressed, fearful, embarrassed, ugly, etc…?
depressed and not normal 

3 - What is your main goal for your lower body? If you could wave a magic wand over your entire lower body area - What would it look like and what would it mean to other aspects of your life? As in relationships, choice of clothes, etc, etc…?
normal looking legs so i can wear a skirt or dress or something short 

4 - How would you then ‘feel’ after these improvements? Happy, sexy, attractive, empowered, confident, etc, etc…?
normal and not that everything doesnt fit if i had normal legs then i wouldnt feel so bad about the other physical issue.i would feel really great

5 - How much time are you willing to devote, daily or every other day, to a home exercise routine in order to achieve your most coveted lower body improvement goals? 20 minutes, 35 minutes, 70 minutes, etc, etc…?

		<description>hi my main problem is my thighs n bum they suffer from cellullite and fat - i have what u would call thunder thighs as compared to my small upper body.  i get depressed when i see myself on the mirror n count so many dimples on my lower body, ive bought your program and it arrived yesterday hopefully i will report back on any changes in a few weeks time though i still train six days in a week on a minimum of two hours daily but my lower body has not changed though ive become flexible and stable wish i can achieve a more toned body which would make my feel attractive and no longer worry about wearing my swim suit wit my friends around - im willin to devote 2 hours every day apart from sunday to achieve this and any help on reduction of cellulite wil be highly appreciated - thanks</description>

Stop the pity party and get off your asses! I have lost 85 lbs.since January since realizing that no one can lose weight for me.I had to do it myself! Keep moving! Eat 6 small meals a day of healthy food.
I walk for an hour on the treadmill every day except Sunday,and do Joey&#039;s Ultimate Leg,Butt,Hips and Thigh Makeover.I just started Joey&#039;s plan a week ago,but I can feel it working! I do have several issues with sagging skin,but I am hoping it will eventually tighten up some! I&#039;ll be sending before and after pics ...so stay tuned! Good luck to you all,and stay with it!

2 feel very depressed and unatractive i beraly let my bf touch me anymore,i feel hittiouse and discusting latley and miss my body that i used 2 have befor but im having a very hard time getting it back.
3 i need my flat tommy back and my cabouse 2 fell normal aging
4 i would get myself confedence back and feel more atractive aging and my bf would love to have the old me back
5 i would speened as much time as i could 2 get it back ,but i have a very hard scheduel 2work around out sied of taking care of my 3,2,and1 year old i have 5 other kids 2 take care of bussy bussy</description>
