Cellulite Reduction: 5 New Ways to Get Rid of Cellulite

Need Cellulite Reduction? Here Are 5 New Ways to Get Rid of Cellulite…

1 – Stop sitting on your ass all day, Sweetheart… It’s a known fact that siting on your ass all day makes it fatter and wider – creating more area, a bigger canvas we might say, for cellulite to show up. And, I’m willing to bet the more sitting you are doing the less exercise you are doing.

2 – Stop working out like a freakin’ lunatic… You can work out ’til you cripple yourself and faint – But that doesn’t mean you’ll get rid of your nasty cellulite. Yes, exercise does help get rid of cellulite – BUT it must be the right type of exercise program – or you are just wasting your time (and possibly making the cellulite worse). I’ve seen this happen time and time again.

3 – Have a lot of sex… I’m not telling you to start acting like an easy fluzy – or is it floozie? Whatever it is – you know what I mean. If you are in a good relationship – then put some more emphasis into the sexual/physical part of it. And don’t be a lame duck who just lays there and takes it. If you want the benefits of cellulite reduction – you have to take the bull by the horns (or the horn in this case) and work it. There are many positions and movements that will allow you to break a sweat as you work your butt, hip and thighs – YEAH BABY! (your man can send me a personal ‘thank you’ via the comment section of this blog ;-)) (NOTE – my third book will be titled ‘Sexual Fitness’). ;-))

Proves She Hasn’t Been Doing Joey’s Program

4 – Disown your mother… If you have cellulite – there’s a good possibility you’re blaming your mom for it. This is a load of crap – it doesn’t matter what your mom’s ass and thighs look like – you are not her and she is not you – so you can forget about the genetic excuse. Next time you see her – ask her what she has tried to do about her cellulite.

And she’ll say something like – “Oh, darling – I’ve tried everything for this cottage cheese on my lower body. It’s horrible – your father hasn’t made love to me with the lights on in about 35 years – now that I think about it – the son of a bitch hasn’t made love to me in 35 years with the lights off either! Anyway – why do you ask sweetheart?”

Then you ask her – “Well have you ever tried the Cellulite Reduction version of the Leg, Butt, Hip and Thigh Makeover from Joey Atlas?”

And she’ll say, “Honey, you know I was never one for the gym and lifting weights and doing those machines. Is Joey related to Charles by any chance?”

And you’ll say, “You obviously haven’t done Joey’s program – because his program doesn’t involve weights and machines – you can do his whole program at home. I guess there is hope for me after all. I gotta go, mom – I’m ordering Joey’s program – talk to you later.”

5 – Make these easy tweaks to your daily diet… Reduce your sodium intake, reduce/eliminate your intake of artificial (chemical) sweeteners, make olive oil part of your daily nutrition, hydrate (drink water or like fluids) consistently.

BONUS: 6 – This entry was much too controversial and had to be removed… “Sorry”…

Before you go – read the email right there below my photo, you’ll be glad you did…

Do you have cellulite? What are you doing to get rid of it? What have you tried in the past? I want to hear about it…

PS – Pam just forwarded me this email – and I just had to share it with you:

“Hi Joey,

I never wrote any product reviews or feedbacks…

– but here I just have to…

Your Ultimate Leg, Butt, Hip and Thigh Makeover rocks!

Ok. here is my story…

I have always been in a pretty good shape even though never really worked out and been to a gym just once;

BUT couple months ago I noticed that my jeans did not fit like before and i saw cellulite on a back of my legs and butt!

I panicked! summer was coming.

I have an office job and barely get up from my chair during the day…here is the result.

I started looking for a gym in my area but most of them do not offer any classes and I just hate treadmill and any other machines; plus i dont really have much time with my job and school.

So i gave up the gym idea and decided to buy some dvds and just do it at home.

I bought my 1st dvd, pilates and hated it. I had to use that rubber pilates band which was really uncomfortable; it even slipped and hit me couple times in a face. I had a good laugh.

Then i decided to browse google for “cellulite reduction”….

I wasn’t gonna buy any creams or do any expensive wrap sessions…I just wanted to see what they offer.

I found your ULBHTM program with a perfect title… leg, butt, hip, thigh… and I just knew that was it.

I couldn’t wait to get started.

At the beginning I did my workout every other day… and only after first few times i could feel and see the results.

I knew it was working!

…i could feel muscles that i never even knew I had …especially my inner thighs and right under the butt cheeks.

And the best thing i was not sore that bad! I did all exercises and full count from the very first time.

Anyways, i am on level 2 for over a week now…and my butt looks like from Victoria Secret catalog :)) well almost… – but its only been a month!

I am addicted to your program, Joey…

I am actually thinking of working on my abs now too…

Do you have any exercise program for that?

Thanks again! – Natalya Nam

Hi Joey! I do agree with your article about cellulite as well as your article I just read about counting calories. I started with your program on Feb. 24/08. (leg, butt, hip and thigh makeover). I lost 4 kilos in 5 weeks as well as inches off my waist, hips, & thighs.

It´s a shame I didn´t take my measurements but I didn´t have much confidence as I am like many of your other clients, tried everything and didn´t work. So I didn´t take this too seriously like I should have. I enjoy reading all your articles about losing weight (the scams, the pills, the gym, weights etc.). It has helped me very much staying focus on my goal which is too loose weight & inches but as well as to feel good about myself which was the main reason I started your program and have stayed with it. You always stress more on feeling good about yourself than actually loosing weight. What I feel keeps me going more than your exercises, opinions, etc. is your last words at the end of your articles. “DON´T BE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE… BE FIT!

I just love to read this after every article. It´s that little push I need now & then. I have tried the calorie counting before you even mentioned it as I have never been a great fan of eating breakfast. I have a yogurt sometimes when I first get up and then I go for my 1 hour walk. Then I come home & have my cereal. I feel I´m not as hungry for lunch so I eat around 2 and then do my exercises have a snack and have supper around 8.

I never eat after supper. ( I live in Portugal & it is not a habit like where I´m originally from-Canada) The Canadians I think eat more after supper than all day. I feel this works for me. As far as the cellulite I fine the exercising and definitely more sex helps. I have back problems (hernia diskal) & last January 2007 my therapist said I had lots of celluite on my hips, thighs, etc. My daughters inform me that I don´t have any now I have stretch marks on my stomach & the upper part of my legs.

Today is June 28/08 I have been following your program for over four months and have lost 9 kilos & I don´t know how much inches but I know a fair amount. I have dropped one size and feel good about myself. I have had many compliments on how I look. I haven´t reached my goal yet but with your program and great advice I know I will reach there. I have 5 more kilos to go.

Wish me luck. Just one thing I would like to know is if you think 9 kilos is alright in 41/2 months? Thanks again for all your great advice. It´s nice to know there are some people you can still rely on & take an interest on you not your wallet. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!JOEY

Hi Joey: It´s me again. I forgot to mention I haven´t felt so good about my back since I started your program. I was afraid at first to do some of the exercises because I though it would bother my back. When I haven´t done the exercises for a few days I start to feel the pains in my back..So for anyone out there who is suffering from back pain I can voucher it works wonders. This was the advice of my doctor, to start exercising and see if I could loose weight before she would consider to operate. I wasn´t to keen on the idea of operating either as my father had many back surgerys and didn´t help him at all. I also have lower blood pressure now. I use to be 140/90 and now is 120/70. This is what I call results!!!!!

Hey Joey,

I love to read your articles about the different areas of workout. I love my legs!! Thanks to you and the brilliant workouts that you have designed for busy people to do. I’m a single mother and it’s very hard for me to make time for work, the gym, and maintaining home. Thankfully to you, I’m able to continue a lower and upper body regimen that really works and is very easy to do. I also was looking forward to checking out the cellulite reduction workout, but could not download the program to print out. My question to you is, If I continue the lower leg workout, will I gain the same results as the cellulite reduction program?

Thanks again,
A very satisfied and grateful customer

Hi Joey,

Thanks a bunch for those really encouraging articles and mails. Well, I’m 22 yrs old, 5’9″ and I weigh 75 kg and what’s depressing is that all of my weight seems to be concentrated on the lower body (i’ve got really wide hips and a big butt) and I’m pretty slim on my upper body, this makes me look very disproportionate and off late I seem to be piling on more weight. So much so that I shy away from my pictures being taken and avoid mirrors like the plague. I realized I needed to do something about it quick and I’m really glad I came across your website and have downloaded the PDF available herewith. I’ve religiously taken up the exercises mentioned within the PDF over the past 1 week now and I hope I’m going to be able to see a distinct improvement. But I also request if you can help me with some more pointers that would definitely work for me. Really looking forward to your mail.

Once again keep up the greeeeeeeeeeat work!!

Joey,
I found your link looking for some inner thigh reduction help. I work out moderately, but time limitations keep me from doing all I’d like to, so I think your videos would help greatly. There’s one thing that makes me hesitant.

You may not think about this, but the swearing on your website takes away from the professionalism of your business. As a newcomer reading the cellulite tips, how you talked under the “Disown your Mother” section was quite offensive to me. Not everyone talks like that, at least not publicly, and it would help your sales to talk more respectfully and maturely.

Thanks for listening. I may still purchase your program, am thinking about it.

This article was both hysterical, and informative. The letter at the bottom actually reminds ma a lot of myself. Same deal. Nice body… never really worked out, besides walking. I walk 4 miles every other night in the summers WITH MY MOM… ehehe. She looks great at 61. Still, I have a desk job and during the winter, is when I now collect cellulite/weight. I freaked this spring when I discovered how my body changed. I’m looking forward to combating this. Oh and as a side note: Holy Crap Sharon Stone!

Hi Joey,

I don’t think I can every THANK you enough. Am one of your crazy fan from Nigeria (Abuja). I’ve always wanted to slim down but to no avail. When I came across you site all the word of encouragement you’ve been given motivated me to go join an aerobics class in an open field near my house 3months ago. I was 5.1ft., 82kg with hips of 47in. and my tummy was 42in at 27years (you can imagine that horrible shape for a single lady) when I started, but now Joey, thanks to God for using you to revived me. Am 79kg now and my hips and thighs have drastically reduced miraculously. Am so happy with myself now and I will do more of different exercise as far as is from you.

Once again Joey, I say THANK YOU.

* With my height and age what can be my best weight and hip size? Plz reply to my mail box.

Hey Joey,
I have been doing the exercises that you send to me and they seem to be working. I wish I had the extra money right now to buy the dvd’s but I recently lost my job. I work out 3 times and week. Wish I could do more but I have lymphedema in my right leg and must take it easy when exercising.
When I lost 40 pounds I was very excited, now I just need to tone up the lower body. The top part is great it is the cellulite that is doing me in. I will keep you up-to-date on my progress. Finally someone who targets what we women have the most trouble with you are amazing!!

I have been doing your program for about 3 weeks now along with some weight training and I am eating nutritious food, having a treat once a week. I have been doing your exercises 2 or 3 times a week and I feel wonderful and tighter. I just wanted to know how I can do my interval cardio workouts when i have no bicycle or treadmill. I have been doing bodyweight workouts from Holly Rigsby [ http://www.backintoshapemommy.com ] and Craig Ballentine [ http://www.turbulencefitnesstraining.com ] Just cardio that involves intervals that last about 6-10 min. and varying intensities from high to low. Is this enough? I’m doing the short cardio intervals about 3 or 4 days a week? I think I am doing everything right so far but I just wanted to be sure I’m on the right track. Should I be doing your exercises 4 or 5 days a week rather than 2 or 3? Thanks for your help and all your supportive and informative emails. Jody

Hi Joey,
You asked for a helpful hint regarding cellulite – well, I was on the “Fat Flush” eating program (worked very well – but too $$$$) anyway, one of the things that was recommended for cellulite was to daily drink hot lemon water (organic lemon juice) and a few drops of stevia (liquid) or powder however sweet you like it. I’m not sure why or how this worked…….but it actually did seem to help! Can’t hurt huh? And it tastes good! Combined with your program – WOW – can’t miss.
I think you are hysterical – I for one (in many I bet) am NOT offended by your blunt truths about the dreaded cottage cheese butt.
Keep up the motivating advice.
THANKS FOR EVERYTHING.

So, is the Leg Butt Hip & Thigh the program that is supposed to reduce the cellulite or there is another one?

Thanks!

Dear joey,
I have been reading all your mails and have also downloaded the free exercises and have started doing them . I have a couple of questions, firstly I am in India , so will your product be shipped to India?
I thought I would see if there are any results with the downloaded exercises, as I am doing them regularly and then go ahead and order your product. My next question is that you have mentioned that these 7 exercises are to be done every alternate day, is there a reason for that. Would it be less effective to do them daily . My main problem is cellulite , will this routine help cellulite or should i wait till I get your DVD’s.You did mention that I should wait for 4-6 weeks to see results, so which results would that be, weight loss or cellulite reduction?
Thanks,Anxiously awaiting your reply.

Yes – we ship to India – and the rest of the world.
Every day would be too much – every other day is ideal.
In 4 – 6 weeks you’ll see both weight loss (IF you have extra body-fat to lose) and cellulite reduction.
