Joey I recieved your emails I will check out more when I have a chance..There is one trouble spot it is inner thighs.Also I get really bad migranes25 a month, Clusters and occipital neuritis headaches from occipital neuritis damage Also sciatic nerve damage, from that fall I got all that plus OA and fibromyliga from the fall.Every time I started to work out my head starts hurting. I lost my memory and 1/2 has come back to me but not to much..I used to be a personal trainer and this kills me.I try to work out on my better days but not remembering things are real hard..I want my life back…I have many allergies to about 70 meds so it is limited on what I can take. I told 1000 or more people about your site and they love it. Can you please help me..Back,inner thighs,stomach,butt,chest, arms Please please Thank You….The company that I worked for when I fell was Walmart and when I fell they threw away all the film in the cameras and payed off my attorney and my doctor and 2 other sets of dos and lawyers and a judge to throw it out of court……Left me with alot of bills they were supposed to pay….Please help me get my body back…I know it would be slower than I want but that is ok.How about a schedule on days when to do what? My age is 41, my hight is 5.4″, weight is 63 KG my lower body, little bit of stomach but legs, butt, hip & thighs has put on weight, i dont believe in diet, i eat any thing & every thing, i am a working women, did not get time at home tell me some exercises which can be done at the work place in the office while working , sitting on the chair or by standing, also i would like to know 1/2 an hours exercises at home for early morning or late night before / after meal.

Hello Joey,
I’ve been doing level 1 work out for about 4 weeks and started level 2 last week and am very excited about it! I can already see the results and am loving it every minute of this exercise program! I’m not quite there yet, but have no doubt it will happen soon enough! I must thank you for the travel cheat sheets………….they are fantastic!!! I’ve been traveling quite a bit and take them with me EVERYWHERE! I don’t worry anymore if the hotels are going to have a decent gym………I don’t need one!

My problems are not so much visible to others as to myself. i’m 47 (plz don’t be put off by my age, i don’t look my age) . i had 2 cesareans 20 & 21 years back. my dimensions are 32, 27, 36. i need to bring my waist to 25 & increase my bust size too. although my butts are 36, which is quite a respectable size, but they dont look 36. i BADLY need to make them look rounder and sexy.
this problem doesnt make me feel angry, depressed or embarassed etc but i do want to feel more confident.
it had not mattered really when i was young, but now ,YES, it does.
of course my improved butt would make me feel more SEXY and CONFIDENT.
i go to the gym 6 days a week and spend 1.5 hrs daily. briefly, my routine is: (chest+triceps+lower abs, back+biceps+upper abs, legs+shoulders+lower abs) x 2. i have been on this programme for the last 1+ yrs, but the results arent that amazing. there must be something that im doing WRONG. HEEELLLLPPPPP….

i have always had really strong and muscular legs however the very top of my hamstring and right below my buttox is where i cant get rid of the cellulite. what should i do to get rid of it? i would like the region form the very top of my buttox till mid of my hamstring. i go the the gym 3 times a week and jog or use the hip abductor and the leg press and the glute machine.. i dont know what to do anymore!! i do low weights high reps just for toning to try and get rid of it i just would like more slender legs with no dimples when i sit or anything please help me !!!! im getting married this march and would like to have them gone by then. also if theres any particular foods to stay away from please tell me that too…
