		<description>Hi Lisa - its sounds like you have to start on an easier note - MY program has a progression sequence that is fronted by a complete floor routine (may work). Focusing on that portion in the initial stages will be ideal for you. And will prove to be a smart approach in the long term.

		<description>hi there joey and team, i suffer psoriasis and are on a restricted diet, i wonder how your diet program accompanying your exercise program can help me? also i tried one of your exercises which included walking squats for the legs and my left knee is sore since, i feel i may have knee trouble anyway, will your program help me and not injure but strenghten this? i d appreciate individual answers to these questions in order to determine whether your program is safe and suitable for me. thank you joey.  - lisa.</description>
